Please
read the instructions carefully. After filling out the simple registration
form you are ready to start shopping from your home or office. You only
need to fill out the registration form once, and then you're ready for
online shopping.
Guidelines for Home Shopping
* You can place an order 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can place an order up to seven days in advance of delivery or pickup. You can even go back and add to, change, or cancel your order.
* There are two pick-up and delivery "windows". You can pickup your order, or we will deliver it for you, between the hours of 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We will deliver or have your groceries ready for pickup Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
* A four-hour period is required to complete your order for delivery or pickup. Orders must be placed by 7:00 AM to be ready for the 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM window, and must be placed by 11:00 AM for the 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM window.
* You may pay by check or credit card (if you have already registered with Hy-Vee Home Shopping). We accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
* We cannot accept cash, WIC checks, or food stamps.
* Your order total may differ if you purchase random weight items, such as meat, cheese, and produce.
